nothing is as rewarding as a nice roll in the straw!  Posted by Hello

so remind me again why I wanted WHITE animals??? Posted by Hello

yep. It's stuck. The good thing is we found another spring, make a nice watering pond here. Might be awhile til we can dig it tho. Posted by Hello

guess what? April is too early to rototill around here...all three are stuck at this point. Posted by Hello

Jenna, my mini aussie is in 'hog heaven' since there are 'babies' around. The rest of the herd is not so sure... Posted by Hello

Amber did not know who this strange 'blue' goat was...took a couple minutes for her to recognize Pixie. Pixie thought she was pretty cool for a while, the other goats were running from her, she's the low man normally. Posted by Hello

My valentine present to my hubby. Red one is freezer bound, and the black one will be kept for breeding. They spent a couple weeks in here, now have a pen outside, but also graze or root in the goat pasture. Posted by Hello

my black ringneck spent a week on the run, but thankfully we captured him again. Hopefully I will get some eggs hatched under a banty. Posted by Hello

mom frog is just to the right of the leaf. She ducks under when you get close, but surfaces again when the coast is clear. Posted by Hello

haven't been here for a while...

Well, spring is here finally, roads are drying out, and I found a leopard frog with eggs in our pond. I have no idea if she thinks she is guarding them, or if she just happens to like to hang out there, but she stays right with the nest.
